Command and control of the Cadet Wing. Directing the actions of the subordinate group commanders and the cadet staff. The appearance, discipline and training of the Cadet Wing. Keep the lines of communication open and work down to the last cadet in the flight element. Assisting the instructors in the conduct of leadership training. Establishing and posting goals to be met by the Cadet Wing.

Sarah Lefkowitz
The Cadet Vice Wing Commander assists the Cadet Wing Commander in all duties assigned, represents the Cadet Wing Commander as necessary and commands the Cadet Wing in the absence of the Cadet Wing Commander.
Executive Officer
Trynity Eckart
The cadet executive officer (XO) supervises, directs, and coordinates the cadet staff to prevent overlapping efforts and ensure the commanders' intent is understood and achieved. The XO keeps the staff informed of the commanders' policies and keeps the commander informed of the status of projects assigned to the staff.
